MagRose Learn is built so any young person who wants to create can. Admission, participation, peer review, rewards, and opportunities (including paid program slots, gear access, and feature placements) are open to all eligible learners on equal terms. We do not redline, steer, gate-keep, or quietly route people away from any track, circle, mentor, or opportunity based on identity.

02 / Protected characteristics

Consistent with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Act, and applicable state and local laws, MagRose does not discriminate on the basis of:

  • race, color, ancestry, or national origin;
  • religion or creed;
  • sex, pregnancy, gender, gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation;
  • age;
  • disability or genetic information;
  • marital, family, or parental status;
  • military or veteran status;
  • citizenship or immigration status (to the extent permitted by law);

03 / Equal access to opportunities

  • All tracks (Optics & Light, Live Production, Color & Post, Sound Design) are openly enrollable.
  • Peer-review circles are assigned by cohort start week and track — not by demographics.
  • Reward unlocks, including the Creator Kit, are gated only on tenure and completion criteria that apply to everyone.
  • Leaderboards rank by XP earned through the same rules for every learner.

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or retaliation on MagRose Learn, please contact our compliance team at office@magrosemedia.com. We will investigate promptly and confidentially, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
